Even though Mother Nature pretty much handles everything when dog breeders bring a female dog in heat together with an intact male, some breeders use artificial insemination dog breeding to produce the puppies they desire. Oftentimes, artificial insemination dog breeding is used in unions of dogs that are physically impossible, such as a very large male and a small female or the other way around. Some breeders specialize in creating these special mixed breed puppies that require human intervention such as artificial insemination dog breeding to create them. Still other times people are interested in breeding their female dog with a very famous male stud that I too far away for a physical union; in such cases, the male dog owner will sell the female dog owner his dog's sperm and the female dog owner will using artificial insemination dog breeding to impregnate her dog. Artificial insemination dog breeding is also used when a male dog has passed away but a breeder or owner wants offspring from that dog.
